Awards program participation rarely involves the work of a single entrant. One organisation, for example, might submit entries across several categories, with different people responsible for different stages: one contributor drafting an entry, another reviewing it, someone else handling the invoice.
The entry itself is created and submitted by a single person, but it represents the work of an organisation, and program managers need to be able to see it that way: how an organisation is engaging, how many entries they’ve submitted and what stage those entries are at.
For awards programs that work with organisations in this way, we’re delighted to introduce a new way to put the organisation at the centre of participation.
Enter: Organisations view in Award Force.
Award Force’s new Organisations view puts the organisation at the centre of how participation is tracked. Entries, members and activity are connected directly to the organisation they belong to, giving program managers a complete, structured picture of engagement, progress and a clear organisation audit trail all in one place.
With Organisations view, program managers can:
Program managers can pass organisation changes to connected systems by using webhook events to notify connected systems when an organisation is created, updated, deleted or merged.
As your awards program grows, the Organisations view keeps everything connected, giving you a clear, current view of how each organisation is participating and performing, without piecing it together manually.
See exactly how organisations are participating across your program, as a connected whole rather than a disparate collection of individuals.
