Yes, entry data must be available in Award Force for adjudication to proceed. If entries are collected externally, they can be imported into the platform. Once uploaded, categories, judging panels, and scoring criteria can be configured to match your program needs.


By default, comments are final once submitted. However, program managers can edit or remove comments if needed to ensure clarity or correct errors.


Entrants can receive scores and comments through a feedback round. You can configure when and how this information is shared, ensuring confidentiality while keeping the adjudication process structured.
