Seamless entry collaboration

Easy collaboration for entrants

Submission collaboration in Award Force provides a secure method for individual entrants to work together in real-time on a single submission, without sharing login details.

Collaborators can be invited with custom messages by the entry creator, who can assign them one of three privilege levels: View (with locked fields), Edit, or Edit and Submit. Entry owners can modify privileges, re-assign ownership, or remove collaborators to ensure smooth collaboration and submission integrity.

Real-time editing locks fields to prevent conflicting changes, facilitating efficient and secure collaboration.

For managers

Effortlessly track collaborators throughout the award lifecycle and send them automated emails in seconds.

Flexible collaboration controls

Activating entry collaboration is fast, easy and optional. With a simple checkbox in the entry form settings, program managers on Premier plans can enable collaboration, allowing entrants to invite team members to assist with their submission.

Collaborator overview

Clicking on an entry will reveal detailed information, including the names of all contributors, giving you a clear picture of who’s involved and their roles. This makes it easy to monitor collaboration, track progress, and manage team involvement effectively.

Automatic notifications

Effortlessly keep collaborators informed with automatic email notifications. Set up notifications to be sent when collaborators are invited or when key milestones, deadlines, or changes occur, ensuring smooth teamwork and timely responses. Customise these messages to align with your program’s tone and workflow, saving time while maintaining consistent and effective communication.
