What is the difference between implementation and onboarding? Onboarding is a one-time introductory process for your first year and is designed to familiarise you with Award Force. This service is particularly helpful for new users and organisations, providing a solid foundation for understanding the software's capabilities and functionality. Key features of onboarding include a guided consultation and tailored help to meet the specific needs of your program. It is a one-off cost. Learn more about onboarding. Implementation, on the other hand, provides a more comprehensive service that involves our team configuring and tailoring Award Force to your specific requirements. It includes onboarding and offers extended support and configuration assistance. The choice between onboarding and implementation depends on your organisation's specific requirements and budget. If you are new to Award Force and have relatively simple program needs, onboarding may be sufficient. However, if you need more extensive support or have complex program requirements, implementation may be a better fit. Do we also need onboarding? Implementation packages may be used for onboarding. Onboarding sessions count toward total implementation time. Learn more about onboarding. How do I know how many hours I need? "Implementation 32" includes 32 hours of support, covering onboarding and basic configuration. This is a good starting point for most organisations. However, for more complex programs or if you require extensive customisation / specific support needs, you may require additional hours. To determine your exact needs, we recommend discussing your requirements with your Award Force sales consultant. They can assess your specific needs and advise on the appropriate number of hours. We also recommend adding a buffer of additional hours to your budget to account for any unforeseen needs or additional collaborative support. What happens if I need additional hours? If you require more hours than included in your initial package, you'll be billed monthly on a per-hour rate for the additional time. Any unused hours from your package will expire after three months from the quote approval date. We recommend including a buffer of additional hours in your budget to ensure you have flexibility if your needs change. You'll be notified as you approach the end of your included hours. Will you configure my account for me? You’ll lead the majority of the configuration, but we’ll assist with more complex elements and guide you through the set-up to ensure you’re confident and familiar with the software.
