Once you have completed the configuration of your account, you have the option to request a pre-launch check of your program every season. 

What is a pre-launch check?

The Award Force pre-launch check is where one of our friendly and knowledgeable client success team members goes through your program with a fine-tooth comb—all to ensure you are ready to launch.  

What does the check include? 

  • A technical review of your program configuration where our team will submit a test entry and payment (if you have paid entries)
  • Notes on how to improve your program and entry form to assist entrants and judges
  • Tips and recommendations that could be helpful and relevant

You’ll receive the report in a PDF format summarising the above information.
