New features

• We’ve updated our text editor, which provides program managers with increased control over how your content looks, without using Markdown formatting. All the usual text-formatting options are available, along with some time-saving enhancements, like the ability to add and resize images directly.
• New integrations are now available:
  • Xero. When orders are created in Award Force, an invoice is automatically generated in Xero. Once paid in Xero, the payment status is synced back to Award Force.
  • Australian Business Register. Program managers can retrieve verified data on registered Australian businesses to validate entrant status and enrich entry data.

Improvements

• A tax rate mapping system has been implemented to align tax rates in Award Force with those in external platforms such as Xero.
• The Stripe gateway has been improved to support off-site payments like Alipay and iDEAL, using webhook notifications to ensure payment confirmation is received.
• A new column option has been added to the Manage entries list view to display the entrant’s language preference.
• Updates to the update payment API endpoint now allow amount and status fields to be optional, preserving existing values if not included in the update.
