Maximise entry volume, with invitations

by | Nov 23, 2022 | Feature focus

Running an awards program can be a good opportunity to improve your organisation’s reputation, awareness and attract customers to your brand. But generating awareness of your awards is hard work too!

Whether you use social media, send out mailers, rely on word-of-mouth or some other form of advertising, you could never be sure if specific people would have taken note of your awards and when your entry round is due to open.

Why not just invite them directly?

With Award Force, award programs can maximise their submitted entry volume by inviting known entrants to submit an entry for a new award or category.

Perfect for enticing quality entrants from previous award seasons to participate!

Customise the entry deadline

Invited entrants can optionally receive a customised entry deadline, providing the perfect opportunity to receive additional entries without extending the official entries close date.

Suggest an appropriate category or chapter

Also provided is the ability to suggest an entry category or chapter to your entrant. Not only does this provide awards programs with the ability to promote less popular award categories, it’s a great way to encourage entrants to submit another entry into a different category they may have felt they weren’t suited to.

Sending entry invitations to prospective entrants via Award Force is a great way to augment your existing awareness strategy and is a quick win in your mission to maximise your submitted entries!
