Every year brings new milestones for the awards community, and this year was no exception. Our clients around the globe continued to innovate, expand and elevate their recognition efforts.

Here, at Award Force, we’ve had the privilege of supporting these achievements while also strengthening our platform with exciting new features to help our clients run exceptional, streamlined awards.

Awards entries, judging grow in global move to digitalisation

It has been a year of remarkable activity across the Award Force platform as organisations of all sizes work to digitalise their awards management, saving them time and streamlining their programs.

  • Total entries submitted: 651,142
  • Active judges participating: 384,763
  • Judging decisions made: 6.4 million
  • Broadcast emails sent via the platform: 2.4 million
  • Awards entry fees charged via the platform: €26.1 million 

Beyond the volume, these metrics align with the continued shift toward digital-first submission and evaluation processes.

Recent industry research shows that more than six in ten associations are increasing their tech budgets this year, with a clear shift toward cloud-based management platforms, analytics, member-facing tools and automation. And these numbers above align with this trend!

Global growth: Across regions, sectors and communities

Awards are global by nature, and this year we saw even broader adoption of Award Force across new countries, sectors and specialist program types. We are excited to now offer our website in English, French and, new this year, in German!

  • New natively translated languages added in 2025: 10
  • Total number of languages on the platform: 46

This expansion reflects the diversity of recognition programs worldwide—from creative industries to scientific research, education, professional excellence and beyond.

Innovation delivered: New features and product improvements

Kaizen, or continuous improvement, is central to our mission, and this year we released a wide range of new features, enhancements and product updates driven by client feedback.

In 2025, we introduced responsible, privacy-first AI tools into the platform and continued our focus on accessibility in addition to many other time-saving features and improvements.

Many of these upgrades focused on usability, accessibility and performance, ensuring that program managers, entrants and judges can work with clarity and ease.

Recognition programs often handle sensitive data, so security remains a non-negotiable focus for Award Force. This year we strengthened our security posture even further, achieving global accreditations to cement our software as one of the most secure options in the marketplace.

We know awards programs run on tight deadlines, and reliable support is key. Our client success team worked tirelessly this year, as always, to ensure smooth program management across seasons and time zones.

We were once again named the top awards management software for customer satisfaction by G2, winning the award for “Best relationship”.

And, in an exciting and popular new initiative, our client success team started new product update webinars this year for clients, which walks clients through new features and improvements in real-time!

Beyond the product: Giving back, in communities across the globe

This year, we also continued to make time to advance sustainability initiatives that align with the values of our parent organisation, Creative Force. We are proud to be an active participant in the Pledge 1% movement to give back to our communities.

In 2024-2025, the company donated predominantly to environmental and nature conservation charities, and we again took part in GivingTuesday, the global movement of generosity in early December.
